| Sukhomlinsky is a remarkable phenomenon in Soviet Union pedagogy. He is known for his rich education theory and advanced education thought among the contemporary world famous educators. Teacher education thought is an important part of Sukhomlinsky entire educational system, it contains rich content. By detailed research, this article presents the full picture of the teacher education thought, and sums up the characteristics of his thought, then on this basis highlights his contribution to the development of Soviet Union teacher education, finally learns from these experiences in it to use for reference of problems of teacher education of our country.The thesis is composed of five parts:the first part is the introduction, and mainly to clarify the origin and significance of the thesis. Through the collation and the analysis of data so that we can obtain this topic research status and trends, and research methods of the thesis. The first chapter discusses the social conditions of the Soviet Union, and the impact of family background Sukhomlinsky as well as his own accumulated educational practice experience on his teacher education thought. At the same time, the Marxist-Leninist communist education theory, educated teaching theories, classical education heritage, and excellent educational tradition of working people provided a theoretical basis for his teacher education thought. The second chapter reviews and interprets Sukhomlinsky teacher education ideas comprehensively, including:the importance of teacher education, teacher education content, teacher education pathways, and the basic principles of teacher education, then summarize his thought characteristics generally. The third chapter discusses the historical contributions in the basis of the first two chapters. The fourth chapter firstly reveals Sukhomlinsky teacher education, thought theory and practice of the influence on teacher education in our country, then combined with our teacher education, presents some enlightenment. |
