Since the beginning of the 21 st century,great changes have taken place in the field of teacher education research and even in the whole field of education.In the realization of the above two kinds of changes,researchers have actively shifted the research focus from "curriculum" to "teacher" and "learner",the development of teachers has changed from "external promotion" to "internal development" while promoting the growth and development of teachers,and from external "program research and development" to the change of learners and teachers as the main body.Researchers explore the curriculum and teaching of teachers as the main perspective of the research,and pay more attention to explore the emotional experience,attitude tendency and value purport of learners and teachers as the main body.Teachers' instructional sensitivity belongs to the category of teachers' professional development awareness,which has gradually attracted more and more attention.Teachers' instructional sensitivity is of great significance to teachers' understanding of courses and teaching,stimulating their teaching consciousness,forming their teaching personality and promoting their professional development.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part: introduction.This part mainly introduces the research background,definition of related concepts,literature review,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods,difficulty and innovation of this research.The second part: The theories concerning teacher reflection as methodology.This part mainly elaborates the background of the theories concerning teacher reflection,the main viewpoints of the theories concerning teacher reflection,and the appropriateness of the theories concerning teacher reflection as a research perspective.The third part: The theoretical discussion of teachers' instructional sensitivity from the perspective of the theories concerning teacher reflection.This part mainly elaborates the connotation of teachers' instructional sensitivity,the characteristics of teachers' instructional sensitivity and the significance of teachers' instructional sensitivity under the care of the theories concerning teacher reflection.The fourth part: The current situation of teachers' instructional sensitivity in the perspective of the theories concerning teacher reflection.This part mainly elaborates on the compilation of teacher teaching sensitive questionnaire,the survey results and analysis of teacher teaching sensitive questionnaire,and the research conclusions.The fifth part: the analysis of the influencing factors of teachers' instructional sensitivity from the perspective of the theories concerning teacher reflection.Based on the above investigation and analysis,this part will elaborate the influencing factors affecting the occurrence and development of teachers' instructional sensitivity from six aspects: mission,identity,beliefs,competencies,behavior and environment.The sixth part: reflecting on teachers' instructional sensitive promotion strategies from the theories concerning teacher reflection.Based on the above discussion of influencing factors,this part will elaborate specific measures to improve teachers' instructional sensitivity from six aspects: mission,identity,beliefs,competencies,behavior and environment.
