After three decades of reform and opening up, Our country economy obtained rapid development, and Our country’s political, economic, cultural and social environment changed dramatically, More important thing is that people’s material and cultural life and Spiritual culture life have also been taken on an entirely new look. At the same time, Great social changes brought us more enjoy life and caused some social contradictions. Among them, the labor relation is not harmonious, and the rising of labor conflict make negative effect to society. Zhejiang provinces, as one of the most developed provinces of private economy, have more outstanding of its Labor contradiction. How to deal well with its labor relation will be relating to the sustainable development of Zhejiang economy, relating to the development of democratic politics in Zhejiang, relating to social harmony and stability. There are many means to solve labor conflicts, but the way of collective bargaining is a better way, and it also got fully implementing in recent years in our country. Under this background, This article attempts to use of Zhejiang private enterprises in the view of the political science of the deliberative democracy studies the collective bargaining, to analysis of the question and effect the of deliberative democracy in collective bargaining in Zhejiang province, and to give to do the thinking path of the collective bargaining system in the future.Taking Zhejiang province as an example, this paper introduces the main status of labor relations in Zhejiang province, analyzes the reason of the problems of labor relations in Zhejiang province, and analyzes its problems and development path in Zhejiang province. This paper is divided into five parts:the introduction, development of labor relations in Zhejiang private enterprises, case analysis of labor dispute problem solving way in Zhejiang private enterprises, the main problems and the corresponding analysis in the practice of collective bargaining in Zhejiang private enterprises at present, the path thinking of collective bargaining development in Zhejiang private enterprises.The first part is the introduction, mainly introducing the problems of article content, Research ideas and research methods, etc. And this part gives the main theories and research achievements of collective bargaining at home and abroad, and defining related concepts of the article at the same time.The second part is development of labor relations in Zhejiang private enterprises, mainly analyzing the current labor relations of private enterprises in Zhejiang province. Combining with the empirical analysis and data analysis methods to analyze I found that Zhejiang labor relations contradiction is more outstanding. And this paper analyzes the causes of labor relationship problems.The third part is the case analysis of labor dispute problem solving way in Zhejiang private enterprises. By means of Contrastive analysis of the pros and cons, it is effective to solve labor contradiction by means of collective bargaining. At the same time, it analyzes the significance of vigorously promote the development of collective consultation system in Zhejiang private enterprises.The fourth part is the main problems and the corresponding analysis in the practice of collective bargaining in Zhejiang private enterprises at present, mainly analyzing the problems existing in the collective bargaining in Zhejiang private enterprises on the perspectives of government, labor and employers and the unions, and then making the analysis of the causes of the existence of the corresponding difficulties.The fifth part is the path thinking of collective bargaining development in Zhejiang private enterprises. The development of collective bargaining in Zhejiang province can be based on the experience of the main western developed countries’, to achieve three aspects of the model. And it introduces the conditions necessary to achieve the target schema at the same time.
