The status of university spirit decided it would have a significant impact on the development of universities. So, if we want to play the effectiveness of the university promote to the social development, we must regulate the content of university spiritual, and use it to train the university’s people. With the reform and opening up, ideological becomes increasingly complicated, some bad ideas into the university campus, and the erosion of some people’s minds, so that the university spiritual produced a decline phenomenon.
