Today’s process of civilization relies on education. With the social and culturaldiversity, the further reform of foundation education and comprehensively promotingquality education, extracurricular activities close to the thought and the interests of thestudents, which are based on the comprehensive training of students’ comprehensivequality, are becoming richer and richer. Nowadays, the community of students hasbecome an important part of the school life, but also become an important way tocultivate students’ comprehensive ability, show students’ personality, form team spiritand enrich the cultural life in campus.This paper begins with defining the concept of student community in high school,analyzes the characteristics of student community in high school and summarizes thefunction of promoting the construction of campus culture, enriching cultural life in thecampus and the moral education of high school students. On this basis, the authorpresents the basic situation and the construction of Students’ Community in No.9School of ZZ, particularly analyzing the management of student community in No.9Middle School of ZZ by the methods of documentresearch, questionnaire survey andinterviews. On one hand, we noticed the achievements of the development which havebeen made by No.9Middle School in ZZ in recent years; on the other hand, we founda series of problems in building the community, such as the imperfect constructionsystem, less time in activities, the lack of funds, less professional teachers to guide,low acceptance by parents and teachers, less community interaction and so on. Tosolve the problem on the construction of school community, we need build thestandard system, increase the time and funding, and promote the construction ofprofessional guidance teachers, hoping to provide some reference value andsignificance in order to develop the area, in other areas and in China.
