From The Perspective Of Community Building, Social Work Intervenes In The Research On The Community Integration Of "old Drifters"

The emergence of the "Elderly Immigrants" has its historical background and realistic factors.With the loosening of household registration residence system,the development of social economy,the transformation of family pattern and the deepening of population mobility,the scale of its population has been expanding.Under the change of daily living space and scene,the "Elderly Immigrants" have multiple adaptability problems in integrating into urban communities,which greatly reduces the quality of life.At the same time,it also puts forward new challenges to urban community governance.In the process of sorting out relevant literature,it is found that most of the research on community integration of "Elderly Immigrants" discusses the issue of community integration from the perspective of "Elderly Immigrants" themselves,rather than from the perspective of interpersonal interaction and the relationship between people and the environment,and ignores the influence of their field and interaction mechanism on community integration.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to discuss the community integration of "Elderly Immigrants" from the perspective of Community Development.Taking community B in Shenzhen as an example,through field observation and unstructured interview,this paper deeply understands the basic living conditions and integration demands of the "Elderly Immigrants" in the community,carries out practical activities based on the needs of the "Elderly Immigrants" and the development of the community they flow into,gradually realizes the practical goals of individual,family,community and other levels,and makes reflection and summary of professional practice.Finally,from the micro,meso and macro level,the paper puts forward the integration suggestions,that is,strengthening empowerment,promoting capacity-building and self value realization;adhering to community-based,actively promoting the construction of livable and friendly communities;promoting system advocacy,and providing strong support with appropriate social policies.
