Gradual progress and development of the times and society, put forward new challenges and requirements for the original education teaching methods. Therefore, the new curriculum reform strongly advocated to change the original classroom teaching methods, implementation of quality education, many schools have tried to break the shackles and bondages of original traditions, building, using new teaching mode in classroom teaching, and achieved the good teaching results.Teaching mode as a intermediary between the teaching theory and the teaching practice, for teachers who don’t have any experience in teaching, is undoubtedly a better choice, teachers can be based on the actual situation for teaching and learning on the basis of the known and the teaching effect is obvious teaching mode. However, due to the particularity of the teaching mode, many teachers to explore the teaching mode is not thorough, when choosing, can not reasonably determine for different teaching situations, and thus the use of appropriate, effective teaching methods, so that the teaching effect are unsatisfactory.In view of this, the study by referring to the searching and compilation of relevant literature, on the basis of having a clearer understanding in the emergence and development of the teaching mode, comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of several main teaching mode, according to the new requirements of the new curriculum reform for the middle school teaching, combined with the biology characteristics, and the middle school biology present teaching status of the teaching experiment area, built a junior high school biology "252" teaching mode, and carries on the field of teaching research, through questionnaires, classroom observation and academic performance analysis, etc. evaluation the teaching effect and the feasibility of the application.The results of this study are as follows:1, According to the teaching theory, learning the advantages of several major teaching modes, building the junior high school biology "252" teaching mode.2, Through teaching practice, proved that the "252" teaching mode has a certain practical significance and feasibility, to solve the problems of the teaching theory and teaching practice from each other.(1)"252" teaching mode to a certain extent, can increase students’study interest and passion degree for biology, students are able to learn biological knowledges in real life as the background, pay more attention to contact with each other between the textbook knowledge and the life of practical, to deepen the understanding of knowledge;(2)"252" teaching mode change the students’ original single stereotypical way of learning, students in the classroom to speak up and actively raise their hands, to actively participate in discussions and communicate with others, have a more active to find biological knowledge in the life, pay more attention to social production practice and related biological science knowledge after school, enhancing the students’ biological science literacy.(3)"252" teaching mode helps to improve students’ academic levels, especially for the middle and low segment students.3, Analysis the existing inadequate of "252" teaching mode in the process of classroom teaching, put forward the corresponding teaching suggestions, provide a reference and guidance for practical teaching.
