At present,the country is promoting the curriculum reform of secondary schools in an all-round way.According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education's Middle School Biology Curriculum Standard(2017 Edition),middle school class teaching should place more emphasis on the subjective status of students,and pay attention to cultivating students' ability to explore independently in learning as well as stimulating students' creativity.Based on that,it can be seen that the traditional biology teaching model has not adapted to the new curriculum concept.This article draws on the teaching thoughts of "Objective-control " from domestic and foreign educators,based on the teaching theories such as mastering learning theory,constructivism theory and goal-driven theory,combined with years of junior high school biology curriculum teaching experience of my own.The designed developed a teaching strategy of " Objective-control " which is suitable for junior high school biology classes,aiming to lead students to carry out a variety of effective learning activities,fully reflect students' subjectivity in the learning process,and achieve students' inquiry ability and subjective initiative while significantly improve the status quo of junior high school biology class teaching.The " Objective-control " teaching model is based on the relevant theories of educational psychology,The researchers formulate the implementation principles and specific operating procedures of the model based on the class teaching practice of junior high school biology at the school,and use multi-course practical teaching analysis through various teaching processes.The author took two classes of the seventh grade of Yangcun No.10 Middle School in Wuqing District,Tianjin as experimental samples,and set up experimental class and common class respectively.The experimental class carried out the "Objective-control " teaching model,and the common class adopted the traditional teaching method.After a year of practical research,it is found that the students in the experimental class are significantly better than those in the common class in terms of interest in biology and self-efficacy in learning,and the students in the experimental class have overall or all levels of academic performance,both of which have been significantly improved.Statistics show that the biological learning interest of the experimental class after the implementation of "Objective-control " teaching model is significantly better than that of the control class,P<0.05,indicatingthat the "Objective-control" teaching model has a significant and positive impact on improving students' biological learning interest.In addition,the self-efficacy of the students in the experimental class has also been significantly improved as the data shows P<0.05.At the same time,due to the improvement of non-intellectual factors in students' learning process,in the experimental class,students' post-test biological test scores have improved significantly compared with the common class students.The researcher further analyzed the academic performance data of the top students,average students and students with learning difficulties in the experimental class,and showed that the P values ??were 0.016,0.007,and 0.017,all <0.05,indicating that the "Objective-control " teaching model can gradually improve students' learning at different levels,so that students at different academic levels have significantly improved their biological learning performance.The preliminary conclusion of the study is that the application of the "Objective-control " teaching model in junior high school biology class teaching is effective,and it can have a positive impact on students in many different aspects.It can mobilize students' biological learning interest,make students improve the non-intellectual factors of students' learning in the colorful class with active and creative activities,guide students' sense of self-efficacy to change positively,and achieve better academic results.In addition,it can also help students establish good self-learning habits,and at the same time help improve the basic teaching skills of young teachers in a short time.
