What kind of teacher-students communication should be expected? In the life of education,we always criticize various problems existed in the communication between teacher and students,which includes deletion,separation to alienation.And we usually exemplified sorts of good teacher-students communication that we agree with,like those can be described as equal,understand,positive,believing or educative. In order to improve the practical situation of teacher-students interaction,we put forward kinds of methods with operability in different views.For instance,increase the rate of interaction,use new medium,rebuild the culture of campus,launch interacted instruction and so on.The empirical mindset is favorable to relieve the tensions of teacher-students interaction involve theory and practice.However,when we inspect the logical line between problems,ideals and measures,and reflect the root of value of the rationality about teacher-students interaction,these empirical efforts will meet difficulties of theory.Then,we have to put forward the precedent question in logic,which is’what kind of teacher-students communication is good’,what is the essence of the goodness of teacher-student interaction? Research relate to this problem will be the core of this paper.As one important practical activity in the life of education, the communication between teacher and students has identity with moral practice, educational practice and interactive practice in different aspects, like behavior principles with morality, purposes with education, and forms with interaction.So the reasonability of teacher-students interaction should be expressed and proved by the values of morality, education and communication. Accordingly, this paper put forward three intensions of goodness about teacher-students interaction, which are goodness of morality, goodness of education and goodness of communication.In the history of education in China, from traditional Agriculture Society to Industrial Society and Post Industrial Society, the goodness of teacher-students interaction is distinctive; concretely reflect on the regulations of the goodness of morality, education and communication.In modern China, the relic of traditional Agriculture Society is existed in life extensively, the culture and system of modern Industrial Society have being formed,and the influence of post Industrial Society come from the European and USA is widely covering all of China during the age of globalization.Amid such sophisticated environment,the three terms of goodness of teacher-students interaction will present a mutual life picture in light of the criteria and goals of value. So, if we want to express the ideal and identify the three kinds of good of rational teacher-student communication, it must based on the modern development of education.Nowadays, educational transformation will be boosted gradually amid the huge system of social transformation, and it’s a time that begins with Humanism Education.Pedagogy based on humanism start to become the origin of educational practice.The three kinds of good of teacher-student communication will accept inspiration from humanism and then construct their meanings. And the rational demand of teacher-student interaction will be content in the unity of opposites about the goodness of morality, education and communication.
