A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Middle School Students' Physical Health And The Countermeasures Of PE Curriculum

This paper uses literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics, in the10middle school in Xi’an city as the research object, physical condition and influence to the Xi’an city factors and physical education curriculum problems and influencing factors were analyzed, based on the above analysis and combined with the relationship between the two, to student’s physique and physical education curriculum as a combination of point of view, put forward the improvement of physical education curriculum, suggestions and measures to improve the health level of the students. The main conclusions are:The results of study and analysis:1Associated with a variety of factors, physical health of students but, physical education is one of the key factors affecting the health of middle school students, there is the relationship between the two will be the quality of physical education quality, leading to a rise in physical health status of students or fall.2Body shape, Xi’an City middle school students’ height, weight, chest circumference showed slight increasing trend; physical function, overall analysis, Xi’an City middle school students vital capacity curve upward inflection point in20132010, compared with the same age students, vital capacity increase is more obvious; physical quality, student’s speed quality, muscle strength, power, endurance levels are showing a rising trend in the weak; Xi’an City Middle School Students obesity rate still tends to rise stage, has not been effectively controlled.3The city of Xi’an physical health of middle school students is affected not only by government policies, the family sports atmosphere, the community sports atmosphere, their hobbies, self-discipline and other factors, the main influence factors of physical education curriculum.4There are some deviations from target of PE curriculum setting in Xi’an City, choice of the course contents still need further discussion, some school choice for the university sports course teaching conditions, but did not fully consider the contemporary middle school students interest; although the traditional sheep type sports teaching mode basic does not exist, but the modern teaching methods on students physical exercise is still not reach the best effect, the implementation process of physical education curriculum to give teachers and students to further improve the force; physical education curriculum evaluation system also need to be more practical.5Factors affecting the sports curriculum Xi’an City middle school is in many aspects, from national to local again specific to a school’s sports policy and planning, physical education teachers in middle school, teachers and students of sports course of understanding and attitude etc, many factors affecting the production of PE curriculum, directly affect the effect of physical exercise and physical health status of students.Suggestions:1To improve the understanding of physical education, pay more attention to students’ physical health.2Reasonable utilization of existing facilities, improve the quality of physical education.3Improve the students’ interest in physical education and participation.4Guided by the policies and regulations of the school sports, promote the comprehensive development.5The comprehensive promotion of quality education.Countermeasures:1Continue to improve the senior high school entrance examination of sports scores, and the physical examination as a compulsory subject in the college entrance examination, the sports as the main subject and valued in school, so as to make students get more exercise opportunity.2Break the class limitation, within the scope of the provisions, from students to choose sports. The physical education training projects shall not occupy students elective physical education time, need to choose a reasonable time arrangements.3The school sports dance, gymnastics, martial arts, shuttlecock, skip the project as the main part of physical education, the requirements of the project site is not high, sports equipment, basic does not need or simple equipment can.4The school needs to seriously carry out the sports policy learning, for regular physical teachers set up policies and regulations training, assessment, evaluation and corresponding; regular propaganda and post sports policies and regulations in the campus posters; the implementation of policies and regulations of the regular assessment, evaluation, the establishment of an effective supervision mechanism. In order to effectively improve the quality of physical education teachers and physical education, and to promote the students’ physical health.5The school bulletin board to increase the quality of education theory propaganda, each class blackboard newspaper to choose eye-catching place, used to display and promotion of quality education, other subject teachers should actively cooperate with the teacher of physical education, quality education and guide the work, so that students from thinking to accept education, a true understanding of quality education.6The school regularly invites parents to participate in the "exercise" together with the children as the theme of the parents, participate in sports classroom teaching, after class to open forum, teacher, student, parents are about sports classroom experience, which not only can let parents understand the nature of physical education, but also shows the school for physical education and students health awareness.
