Throughout development, job placement of retired athletes in the transitionalperiod of the development of Chinese competitive sports is one of serious problems inChina’s competitive sports in the world,has a place in arms, but if you want to moresuccessful completion of the transition period of transformation,to adapt to thedevelopment of China’s future social economy and with the world better, on a path tosustainable development, must solve this problem as soon as possible, very good. Inrecent years, appear all sorts of retired athletes employment predicament, this kind ofproblem across the country are faced with the severe test, policies, measures such asjob placement, career still cannot very good ease the contradictions. Due to theundertakings of physical culture and sports development in yunnan province isrelatively backward, the problem is more prominent, so the study of motivation andresettlement of retired athletes employment in yunnan province has very importantpractical significance.Conclusion and the suggestion is: first, retired athletes still more severeemployment situation in yunnan province, still has the problem of employmentdifficulty, each department leader should cause enough attention; Second, athletessecurity system preliminary established in yunnan province, but there are many placesnot system, incomplete, security system, organization system, such as poorperformance, still need to constantly strengthen; Three, education is one of theproblems that affect the retired athletes employment, although in recent years,countries and the corresponding introduced a lot of culture and education policies, butthere are still cultural education and professional skills from cohesion, pay attentionto and solve these problems in the future need; Four, according to their own situationof economic development in yunnan province, a retired athletes have been establishedindependent employment policy, ideology of relevant departments and the athleteitself has changed, but the specific implementation of the policy based on differentprojects in detail on specific problems of the retired athletes employment; Five, basedon the investigation of retired athletes in yunnan province knowing that basicallychoose the placement of government measures, the independent choosing a few andfar between, virtually to the government and other agencies to increase the troublesand difficulties, so in order to alleviate the dilemma, we only do our best to put retiredathletes in order to need a combination of various methods and mean to meet theneeds of the retired athletes; Six, retired athletes’ employment is not line with sportsdevelopment situation and future development needs, in the future to market-oriented,develop the knowledge and skills needed for athletes for the future sportsdevelopment needs.
