Together with the fast development of internet, the number of the Chinesenetizens enjoys a sharp increase. The influence the internet has on studentsincreasingly draws the attention from the society, schools and parents. And netaddition becomes an important element which impacts the growth of vocationalcollege students. This study, through the investigation of the questionnaire conductedtowards1000students’ net using status quo, tries to analyze and find out the reasonsfor net addiction and the impact of society, schools, families and student individualswhich contribute to the net addiction and thus provides the theoretical basis forrelated inference measurements. According to the survey, the rate of net addiction is7.26%which is high and average online time is about2-5hours. The most frequentlocation they go on line is in the dormitory and the main purposes are playinggames(27.6%, which ranks first), chatting on line to find a friends and watchingfilms and TV shows. And the net addiction shows itself in the eagerness towardsgames, online chatting and cyber love. And it is the psycho of public-directing whichresults in the net-addiction and extreme reliance on internet. The reasons for netaddiction are the lure of net games, inharmonious family relations and elements fromstudents, society and schools. This article, from four aspects, namely studentindividuals, family, schools and society, proposes prevention and interferencemeasurement which may be of great significance towards the healthy growth ofvocational college students.
