Online shopping has become an important component of college students' life along with the prosperity of electronic commerce.According to the data released by China Internet Network Information Center,college degree or above accounts for 20.2% of addicted online shopping users,which is a high-risk group of Internet shopping addiction.Internet shopping addiction plays a big part in affection of college students' physical and mental health.By reading the relevant literature,it is found that the relationship between family socioeconomic status,materialism and internet shopping addiction is closely associated with each other.Consequently,combining the two factors of family socioeconomic status and materialism,this study goes further into the relationship between them,fully acquainted with the status quo of college students addicted to online shopping,and offer corresponding countermeasures to this situation.Referring to the relevant studies on the subjective and objective family socioeconomic status,in this study,the subjective and objective family socioeconomic status was measured,and 635 freshmen to senior students were used as subjects to understand the status quo of college students addicted to online shopping by using "Material Values Scale" and "College Students Online Addiction Scale ",and data analysis,at the same time,explores the mechanism of action between the three in depth,on the basis of understanding the relationship between the college student addicted to online shopping and subjective and objective family socioeconomic status and materialism.Through the analysis and discussion of the above research,the following conclusions are obtained:First,the detection rate of Internet shopping addiction among students is as high as 27.9%,and there are significant differences in the demographic of the college student addicted to online shopping in gender,grade,Place of student source,whether only child,professional type and so on.Second,subjective and objective social and economic status can significantly and negatively predict the tendency of college student addicted to online shoppingThird,materialism plays a complete intermediary role between the subjective and objective family socioeconomic status and the college student addicted to online shopping Second,subjective and objective socioeconomic status can significantly and negatively predict the propensity of college students to become addicted to online shopping.Third,Materialism plays a complete mediating role between subjective and objective family socioeconomic status and college students' addiction to online shopping.
