Research On The Status Quo And Counter Measures Of Artisan Spirit Identification Of Vocational College Students

Craftsman spirit has existed since ancient times.It is an important part of Chinese traditional culture.It contains rich and profound connotations and reflects the unique cultural temperament and spiritual character of the Chinese nation.With the changes and development of the times,the upsurge of the return of the craftsman spirit has been aroused.Its return responds to the needs of current social reality,and is of great significance to the individuals,society and even the nation rejuvenation.As one of the most energetic young groups,college students in vocational colleges are vulnerable to the influence of complex and multiculturalism,which creates a crisis of artisan spiritual identity.In the new era,researching on the subject of "Artisan Spirit Recognition of College Students in Higher Vocational Colleges" and shaping the professional ethics and professional spirit of college students in higher vocational colleges will help cultivate more and more skilled craftsmen and help the Chinese nation to rejuvenate the Chinese dream.This research adheres to the combination of theory and practice,and is carried out in accordance with the logic of “determining research issues-clarifying relevant theories-investigating the current situation-making suggestions”.Firstly,This research is based on the existing results to interpret the craftsmanship spirrit,focusing on the connotation of the craftsman spirit in modern society.Secondly,selecting three higher vocational colleges in Chongqing and using the questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate the existing problems of artisan spiritual identity of college students in higher vocational colleges.The main problems found in the survey are that a small number of college students Lack rational cognition of craftsman spirit;a small number of college students’ craftsman’s emotional identity of the craftsman spirit is weak;a small number of college students’ craftsman’s spiritual will recognition needs to be strengthened;a small number of college students’ craftsman’s spiritual behavior identity is lacking.Then,The research analyed the cause of the problem.The causes of the problems mainly include the lack of curriculum teaching guidance;Campus culture atmosphere is not strong enough;Lack of effectiveness in school-enterprise cooperation;The restriction of negative social factors;The quality of identity subjects needs to be improved.Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures to improve the artisan spiritual identity of college students in vocational colleges,which is the final goal of this research.The main countermeasures proposed by the research are optimizing the curriculum teaching that penetrates the spirit of craftsman;creating a campus culture that highlights the spirit of craftsman;enhancing the effectiveness of school-enterprise cooperation in educating people;creating a social environment that advocates craftsmanship;strengthening self-education to improve the quality of identity subjects.
