This research keeps to scientific outlook on development, follows out the thought of“Health First, Full Participation” in Physical Education, has strengthening education forall-around development in mind, adopts methods of Literature Review, investigation andstrategy research, studied the problem of development and reform in secondary vocationalschools of Yunnan province.At first, overviews the generation, development, present situation and pending issues ofChinese school sports systematically, also analyses the historical and practice basis of theproblem; moreover, in terms of the reform of Physical Education all over the country,compares the thought, idea, content, form and measure in China and foreign countries,clears the situation and mission of school sports reforming further.Second, combines the development of economy, politics, society and the regionalcharacteristics, ethnic flavor in Yunnan province, on request of the education for all-arounddevelopment, analyses the situation and mission which is in the wake of development andreform in secondary vocational schools’ sports of Yunnan province, meanwhile, pointed outthe problem in structure type, expansion time, competition item, type of organization,estimate and encouragement, discovered the main disparity, and obtained some importantinspiration from the analysis as well.Thirdly, according to the dominant of Physical Education curriculum reformation, andprotrudes main body, comprehensive, practice, flexibility, culture and society appeal ofschool spots, studied the direction, mentality, fundamental and measure of secondaryvocational schools’ sports reformation in Yunnan province. In particular, we draw lessonsfrom prevalent school sports mode, validate and consummate in the sports of Yunnanfinance and economics school, expatiated the advice of Physical Education curriculumreformation in secondary vocational schools of Yunnan province, the experimental fruits of “Physical Supermarket” in Yunnan finance and economics school, the thinking and measureto popularize physical&culture holiday, and which should pay close attention to in theprocess of school sports reformation, anyway, this research provides some preferable ideaand feasible measures for the reformation and development of the school sports.
