In the context of the new curriculum reform of basic education, more and morefront-line teachers and researchers’ has been given their attention to the PrimaryMathematics "Graphs&Geometry" teaching. At the same time, various auxiliaryeducational software are flourishing and Geogebra is one of them. The perfectcombination of the educational idea of "Learning by doing" and auxiliary educationalsoftware Geogebra has brought enormous changes to graphics and geometric teachingstrategies in the elementary school mathematics.The essay chose the fifth grade students of the attached primary school ofYunnan Normal University Jinniu campus for study, through the comparative study ofthe experimental classes and control classes, in order to verify the effectiveness of theGeogebra high segment of the Primary Mathematics" Graphs&Geometry" learningby doing teaching strategies. According to the experimental results and the follow-upstudy of teachers Teaching. Revision and improvement has been made to thestrategies. Research methods and specific process is as follows:First of all, the author has given literature review about both Chinese and abroadlearning by doing educational philosophy and Geogebra, and then a questionnairesurvey has been given to the experimental grade teachers and students to understandthe status of teachers in "Graphs&Geometry "teaching and students learning throughthe investigation. The author has summarized the feasibility of Geogebra graphics andgeometric learning by doing teaching and research in the Primary Mathematics;Second, in accordance with the relevant theoretical basis, the author combined withthe features of high segment of the graphics and geometry textbook andcharacteristics of the students, presented Geogebra on the Primary Mathematicsgraphics and geometric in Learning by Doing teaching strategies; once again, theexperimental research method has been selected which is to use real teaching ofmathematics in the classroom, experimental study lasted one semester. The authorobserved and recorded the experimental process, after the stage of teaching,verifiedthe effectiveness of teaching strategies through testing and experimental analysis of the data; Finally, analysed the experimental results, follow-up to the teachersteaching, revised and improved the teaching strategies.Experimental results show that the exam scores of basic knowledge, basic skillsand attitudes of students in the experimental class are higher than the students ofcontrol class; Logic–mathematical intelligence and visual-spatial intelligence hasbeen greatly improved which greatly mobilized the students ’interest in mathematics,improved the students hands-on ability, and also promoted the occurrence of students’transfer of learning. The author confirmed effectiveness of the Geogebra highsegment of the Primary Mathematics "Graphs&Geometry"learning by doingteaching strategies, it is worthy to promote Geometry Teaching in PrimaryMathematics.
