In the18th century, Jacques Rousseau who is a famous French enlightenmentthinker, philosopher and educator expounds his naturalistic education thought in hisbook "Emile" with education philosophy system. The core of this book is natural. Ithas more prominent practical significance and value to re-examine Rousseau’s idea of"nature" in the context of modernity. This text has three parts:The first part mainly discuss the origin of Rousseau’s aesthetic education thought,the basic content of " Emile "and the aesthetic education thought of “Emile”. Natureis the essence of Rousseau’s philosophy, his naturalism and aesthetic educationthought is established on the basis of this essence. The "natural" became the core ofhis aesthetic education thoughts.“Emile” embodies the naturalistic ideology,Rousseau thinks natural is perfect, aesthetic power is an important symbol of perfecthuman nature. Rousseau argues that training people in nature and complying with thelaws of nature and culture to protect the nature of children through natural aesthetic toaesthetic education.The second part discusses the present situation and problems of the children’saesthetic education in our country. In the modern society, children education emphasison intellectual and moral education, this made aesthetic education marginalized. Andaesthetic education also appeared a series of problems in the process of the concreteimplementation, such as family aesthetic education, society aesthetic education,school aesthetic education theory and practice. Advocating culture and improve theperfect human nature, art aesthetic education has become the main means of aestheticeducation. Although in the context of modernity, aesthetic education is full ofutilitarian, aesthetic education has become a tool.The third section discusses the enlightenment of Rousseau’s aesthetic educationthought for the children’s aesthetic education in our country. Rousseau advocates thatnatural cultivation of perfect human nature and modern aesthetic education "artist" oflife goals has the same task. Rousseau support perceptual education and emotionaleducation by natural. Aesthetic is an important content of aesthetic education. At thesame time the natural aesthetic is an important means to cultivate.
