As the reformation of curriculum moves ahead, the new educational ideas with times start to influence the modern situation of education. There are specific requirements and clear wishes in Outline of New Reformation and New Curriculum Standard. According to the new educational ideas, the teachers always think whether they can change the traditional cramming method of teaching so as to develop the student’s ability and improve their scores, which is considered as the new request to the teachers.In accordance with the subject of physics, Physics New Curriculum Standard puts forward the specific regular pattern of relationship between physics knowledge and daily life. This research intends to make the students acquire the physic knowledge through observing the regular pattern in their daily life. The teachers teach the students for their theoretical foundation. The students acquire the knowledge for improving their ability. The physics experiment out of class can help the students gain the knowledge by themselves so that the students can not forget the knowledge. The experiment out of class has made the students internalize the knowledge. The experiment out of class is generalized, including not only the small invention, but also the experiment done by the teachers, but they do it again by themselves.The research adopts the experiment out of class as medium for connecting the knowledge with the student’s daily life. In order to definite the degree of influence on the student’s study, this research analyzes the student’s ability of solving problems and the procedure of experiment. This research analyzes the comparison of the student’s scores. The study of experiment is based on the optics.According to the achievement of this study, the student’s ability and knowledge can be improved effectively through doing the whole process of producing knowledge by themselves, which reflects the effects out of class. The main expression is the improvement of the student’s scores and ability of solving the problems. The researcher summarizes some imprisons for developing the student’s ability based on experiment out of class. The researcher also presents some suggestions for the teachers in using the experiment out of class. This research may lack of systematic unit, but it has the founction of improving the student’s ability. The basic function of this research is to help the students acquire knowledge whichever forms of experiment out of class are presented. This really ensures the situation of learners center.
