The Current Situation, Influencing Factors And Cultivation Of College Students' Sincerity

Based on the study of the general feeling quality of young people, this paper does an intensive research of one interpersonal feeling—sincere feeling. Sincere feeling is a kind of feeling that you are sincere and honest to others in interpersonal communication, which is in the category of feeling quality. As an important part of interpersonal feeling, sincere feeling is also a significant content of school education and social moral standard. However there are few studies of sincere feeling before, so the intensive study of the sincere feeling of college students has important theoretical significance and practical values.This paper uses several research methods including literature search, questionnaire survey, personal interview, on-the-spot teaching experiment and biological feedback experiment and compiles a < Questionnaire of the Sincere feeling of College Students>and a <Questionnaire of the Influence Factors of Sincere feeling of College Students>. Furthermore, this paper discusses the developing situation of the sincere feeling of college students, and reveals the influence factors of sincere feeling of college students. It also explores the methods of sincere feeling cultivation and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the cultivation methods from the angle of physiology.The research results show that:(1) The <Questionnaire of the Sincere feeling of College Students>and <Questionnaire of the Influence Factors of Sincere feeling of College Students>, which have high reliability and validity, can be applied into practical researches.(2) The <Questionnaire of the Sincere feeling of College Students> consists of two dimensionalities: sincere feeling and honest feeling; and the <Questionnaire of the Influence Factors of Sincere feeling of College Students> consists of four dimensionalities: society, school, family and individual. The most influential factor is parents, the second is teacher and individual, and the last is society.(3) In general, the sincere feeling of college students in China is in positive status not negative status, but the integral level needs to be improved.(4) The sincere feeling of college student has significant differences between different variables like grade and academic achievement.(5) Applying on-site intervention method which combines cognitive and feeling can improve the level of the sincere feeling of college students to some extent.
