A Research On The Influencing Factors Of PE Major Students’ Employ Ability Of Three Normal Universities In Shanxi Province

On the basis of referencing related documents, documentliterature, interview, questionnaire and mathematical statisticsmethod is used in this paper. The subjects of this paper are337thirdand fourth year PE major students of three normal universities inShanxi province, and179PE major students who graduated from theuniversity about three year ago.The results show that there are mainly six influencing factors ofstudents’ employ ability of three normal universities in ShanXiprovince, namely, the major development prospect, the hardwarefacilities of the school, the social influenc force of the school,acquiring factor, the national employment policy and the innate gift.Based on the results of the correlation analysis, it is known that therelationship between employ ability and its influencing factors isinterrelated and they interact on each other.Then the stepwise regression analysis is done to the PE majorstudents’ employ ability in normal universities and each of itsinfluencing factors, and the relationship between ability and itsinfluencing factors is concluded. At last, four measures of ensuringthe smooth employment for PE major students are proposed:1. the country should increase the support to PE major students in theaspect of employment policy and make overall plans;2. the schoolshould try its best to improve the popularity of PE major and makeschool hardware facilities better;3. the PE major studentsthemselves should try their best to study and train hard based onexpressing their own proficiency;4. related social sections shouldset up training courses for students’ employment and ensure that thestudents can be employed successfully.
