The Research On Influencing Factors Of University Students' Entrepreneurial Propensity

21st century entered the knowledge economy; it has provided good opportunities for entrepreneurship. In recent years, the number of students to choose their own businesses has increased. At the same time, with the acceleration of modernization process in China, the talent needs with creation spirit,innovation spirit and entrepreneurship ability are also gradually expanding, so improving the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education has become an urgent and arduous task.The main purpose of this study is to identify the key influencing factors of entrepreneurial propensity, explore the extent of influencing and relationship; in order to explore cultivating ways of entrepreneurial quality and enhance the pertience and effectiveness of entrepreneurship education.First, based on the basis of study of relevant literature at home and abroad, the author made a detailed and intensive analysis of the influencing factors of entrepreneurial propensity, and extracted personal background, personal traits, entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial environment four factors; the conceptual model of influencing factors of university students'entrepreneurial propensity was constructed and theoretical suppose was made. Secondly, according to the model of conceptual suppose, a questionnaire was designed, university students in Liaoning Province were sampled as the study object to survey, and used SPSS16.0 for statistical analysis, validity analysis and reliability analysis, and structural equation modeling for model validation was used. The results show that personal background affects entrepreneurial attitude directly, personal traits show significantly positive impact on entrepreneurial attitude of students, entrepreneurial attitude has direct influence on entrepreneurial propensity, entrepreneurial environment of students tends to affect their entrepreneurial propensity positively.Finally, the paper put forward focusing on improving own quality,improving the system of entrepreneurship education, optimizing the entrepreneurial environment and other specific countermeasures on how to cultivate students' entrepreneurial capacity, improve the university students' entrepreneurial propensity and promote university students succeed in entrepreneurship.
