An Analysis Of The Right To Determine The Sexual Orientation Of Minors

As an important part of human rights,personality development and healthy personality depends on the realization of the free will. And the right of self-determination about sexual orientation is intended to ensure that the obligee himself has the right to make decisions about his own sexual orientation and future in order to protect the completed and pure freedom of his mind from any interference. The establishment of the right of self-determination about sexual orientation in personality right law contributes to helping minorities with different sexual orientation from heterosexual population break the predicaments of personality development themselves and achieve self recognition. This right underlines more about the humanity,guarantees everyone’s social status and encourages people to be himself bravely whether he is or not a juvenile. That is the theoretical research results of this study about the free will in sexual orientation and juveniles as the special beneficiaries of this right.
