The Influence Of Micro - Letter On The Ideological And Political Education Of College Students And The Countermeasures

With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, Wechat, the instant messaging tool, comes into people’s view and changes people’s lives. College students are open-minded and easy to accept new things; they have gradually become the main force of using wechat. Wechat provides convince to the lives of college students and it has profound influence on daily behavior, values, morals, mental health and learning habits of college students. It has raised new demands for college students’ ideological and political education work.In this paper, it starts from the use of the status quo of current college students’ Wechat survey, combines with the actual situation of college students’ ideological and political education. Firstly, it introduces the basic overview of the Wechat and its link with the ideological and political education; secondly, it analyzes the opportunities and challenges which wechat brings to the work of ideological and political education; finally, it raises the coping strategies from the aspects of normalizing Wechat behavior of college students, improving the ideological and political education quality, the use of Wechat to carry out ideological and political education and the governance of Wechat environment.Wechat provides a new platform for ideological and political education. Facing the new situation, the ideological and political education workers of universities must seize opportunities, meet challenges, carry out ideological and political education work by the use of wechat in an organized, purposeful, and planned way.
