Many parents themselves are very exclusive football; knowledge of football is very one-sided, for cultural learning performance is far more than the other aspects of the development of art, culture and even is far more than the physical exercise attention.(2) The school leader of sports value degree related to football in the campus level, therefore, to continue the implementation of the football into the campus concept in the related training in school leadership level. Through the years of continuous implementation, support to football in the campus to implement even has received numerous school leadership, but still there are some school leaders hold negative treatment practices.(3) The students are in the rapid development of physical and mental stage, but the self- control ability is very weak, vulnerable to outside interference, especially parents and school teacher has great influence on the development of students, how effective active participation to the campus football to and is also a key ring.(4) The campus football facilities in Shandong province schools configuration is more complete, basically can complete the campus football training and competition requirements. But there are still very few have been developing football schools can not meet the normal training or competition. But with more students to participate in Campus Soccer activities, puts forward more requirements and on the school football facilities, and there will be more did not participate in the campus football school to join in, thus the existing football facilities have been unable to meet the needs of future development, also is the huge problems.(5) The campus football coaches need further training and enhance the professional quality of. Study found that a single from the age structure of the coaches point of view there is no problem, but from a professional perspective has many problems, professional football talent is scanty, is the lack of need for school coaches, increase the intensity of training. There are football coaches treatment level is not high, this let the professional sports talents for the campus football to school training caused some obstacles, how to put more professional football talent to absorb the school teaching, training to improve the quality of football on campus, has become our province heavy heart.(6) Management system, competition system, the school also not mature campus football, school competition is the obstacles, inter regional competition system is not yet mature, the lack of necessary operational coordination and management.
