Campus football is the key content of China's football development plan,and accelerating the development of youth campus football which is the basic project to consolidate the foundation of football talents,and can improve the development level of football and achieve the dream of Chinese football.The development of youth campus football is not only of great significance to improve the development level of football in China,but also plays an important role in improving the physical health and personality of young students.The researches on campus football at home and abroad mainly focus on countermeasures,sustainable development,teacher training,curriculum development,PE teaching research,top-level design,campus football culture,competition system,reserve talent training and so on.These studies reflect the current situation and problems of campus football development from the overall perspective.However,there is a lack of detailed literature reports on the core qualities of football that young students should have.Therefore,this study using the literature material,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics method,set up in Shandong province high school football core literacy assessment system,with Shandong youth campus football characteristic school of 887 high school football players as investigation object,and analyzes the present situation of high school students in Shandong province football core literacy,existing problems and influence factors of high school students in Shandong province football core literacy training strategy is put forward.The results show that:(1)the evaluation system of football core literacy of high school students in Shandong province consists of 4 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 56 third-level indicators.The CMIN/DF value of the evaluation system was 2.865,the GFI value was 0.911,the CFI value was 0.923,and the RMSEA value was 0.062.Cronbach's coefficient of questionnaire on football core literacy of high school students in Shandong province was 0.951.(2)the average score for high school students in Shandong province football core literacy "3.79",in Shandong province high school football culture accomplishment of an average score "3.82",the average score for high school students in Shandong province football behavior literacy "4.01",the average score for high school students in Shandong province football skills literacy "3.48",the average score for high school students in Shandong province football psychological literacy "3.85".(3)the following problems mainly exist in the football core accomplishment of high school students in Shandong province: Lack of football learning ability;The autonomy of football is not high and the self-discipline is weak.Low level of basic football skills;Football match ability is not high;Football psychological skills to be improved.(4)Four common factors were extracted from the analysis of influencing factors of high school students' football core literacy in Shandong province.The factor load contribution rate of "school-related impact factor" was 24.638%.The factor load contribution rate of "institutional environmental impact factor" was 17.055%.The factor load contribution rate of "parental influence factor" was 16.027%.The factor load contribution rate of "individual impact factor" was 10.085%.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)To professionalize the means of selecting football players and control the quality of football talents in high school from the root;Attaching importance to the knowledge reserve of football players and improving the football cultural quality of high school players;Pay attention to the ideological and moral training of football players,improve high school players football behavior quality.(2)To realize scientific training methods of football coaches and mobilize the enthusiasm of high school football players;To improve the actual teaching level of coaches and football skills of high school players.(3)Optimize the use of funds to promote competition exchanges and enrich the actual combat experience of high school football players;Establish a team of professional psychological counseling,control the psychological quality of high school football players,improve the psychological quality of high school players football.(4)Implement the policy,give full play to the regulatory role of the system,and comprehensively control the football core literacy level of high school students in Shandong province.
