In the current modernization and globalization, dual missions have been undertaken by national educations of our country: firstly, to qualify the educators as citizens of our country and to be accustomed to the competition of the main society, universal science and culture should be spread well and widely; on the other hand, to train the ability of a person to inherit the ethnic traditional culture, the ethnic skills and traditional culture should also be well inherited to the next generations. However, it is more difficult for the minority nationality regions to undertake the dual missions in school educations. At present, the functions of school education are not fully explored in those minority nationality regions due to the limitations of the economics, regional conditions and human capital. Thus, it is not well in reconciling the local needs in cultural with the general school educations, which make lots of difficulties in inheriting of ethnic traditional culture. This study is to deeply explored the specificity of the educations in minority nationality regions and the consequent relations between school education and ethnic culture heritage and provide suggestions in effective ethnic culture heritage of school educations. The Blang nationality has excellent minority culture. But their culture, similar to other minority culture, is suffered the crisis of cultural extinct ion due to the monotonous path of culture heritage. Our studies both from theoretically and practically show that the fundamental solution to the crisis of Blang cultural extinction is through school educations. The study focuses are how to improve the support in policies and funding from the government to the school educations and minority culture of those minority nationality regions 、 the regional courses reformation、taking more attention in training the person inheriting the ethnic culture and the specialty of the teachers in spreading ethnic culture.Firstly, the current status of school educations and culture heritage are deeply investigated and rationally analyzed by this study. Then we show that the importance of school educations to the ethnic culture heritage in theoretically and practically. There are five reasons response to the current difficulties of Blang culture heritage through school educations: the lack of guide in policy from government to the Blang culture heritage through school education s、the funding used not appropriately and not enough、education imparity due to the differencesamong nationalities、human capital not enough for minority nationality regions and the lack of knowledge of minority culture of the teachers. We propose corresponding suggestions to those shortages: improve the support in policies and funding from the government to the school educations、minority culture of those minority nationality regions、the regional courses reformation and taking more attention in training the person inheriting the ethnic culture and the specialty of the teachers in spreading ethnic culture. This research believes that, in the current modernization, it is necessary to realize the Blang culture heritage through school educations. Only through school education one can be aware of the ethnic culture in real sense; students can be accustomed to the multi-culture and the accumulation of human capital of ethnic culture.
