[Objective] By gavage mushroom polysaccharides (FVP) for nine weeks in ratsincremental exercise intervention study of SD rats, fatigue during exercise recovery,rat T lymphocyte transcription factor T-bet, GATA-3gene dynamic characteristicsexpressed explore Flammulind (FVP), fatigue rat model for recovery and the effectof improving immunity, fatigue recovery of the immune system to improve theathletes and regulation, provide a theoretical basis.[Methods] Pure line selection of7-week-old, healthy female SD rats60, will be based on the requirements rats wererandomly divided into three experimental groups: control group (S, n=20), exercisecontrol group (E, n=20), mushroom+exercise group (FE, n=20). Trainingprograms: rat according to plan treadmill exercise training nine weeks incrementalload, weekly training time is6days, one day restore adjustment. The control group(S),the normal physiological activity; exercise control group (E), after training, fedwith mushroom+exercise group (FE),0.9%of the same dose of saline solution;mushroom+exercise group(FE), after training, administered mushroompolysaccharide(FVP) aqueous formulations.[Research](1) hemoglobin (HB), white blood cell detection (WBC) and otherblood indicators, rats trained at1,3,9weeks after the recovery of36hours, throughthe orbital venous plexus in rats completion of whole blood detection;(2) while1mlwhole blood by centrifugation, the serum creatine kinase (CK), blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and other biochemical indicators;(3) after nine weeks incremental loadmodels sport, in the first10weeks of rats were anesthetized, the abdominal mainblood2ml, while thymus and spleen tissue, using Real Time-PCR method to detectrat T lymphocyte transcription factor T-bet mRNA, GATA-3mRNA expressionlevels, ELISA was used to detect transcription factor T-bet, GATA-3proteinexpression level status.[Results](1) And exercise control group (E) compared to mushroom+exercise group (FE): white blood cell (WBC) levels were significantly higher (P <0.01); redblood cell (RBC) were significantly increased (P <0.05); hemoglobin (HB) levelswere significantly higher (P <0.01); testosterone (T) levels were significantly higher(P <0.05).(2) Compared with the control group, movement, mushroom+exercisegroup: creatine kinase (CK) were significantly lower (P <0.05); blood urea nitrogen(BUN) levels were significantly decreased (P <0.01).(3) the10th week, comparedwith the control group movement (E), mushroom+exercise group (FE) of T-betmRNA, GATA-3mRNA expression level was significantly lower values (P <0.01),but with a blank no significant difference in the control group (S) values compared.(4) the ninth week, compared with the control group movement (E), mushroom+exercise group (FE) T-bet protein expression increased slightly, while the GATA-3protein expression decreased slightly, and close to the blank level.[Conclusion](1)Mushroom polysaccharides (FVP) can significantly increase the white blood cell(WBC), hemoglobin (HBC), testosterone (T) levels in rats after shipped fatigue,improve athletic ability, enhance immunity.(2) mushroom polysaccharides (FVP)can significantly reduce fatigue in rats after transport of creatine kinase (CK), bloodurea nitrogen (BUN) levels, the body can eliminate fatigue and promote physicalrecovery.(3) mushroom polysaccharides (FVP) to maintain exercise fatigue, rat Tlymphocyte transcription factor T-bet mRNA, GATA-3mRNA expression andprotein expression at normal levels.(4) mushroom polysaccharides (FVP) Th1/Th2able to maintain homeostasis, promote the body fatigue, enhance immunity.
