Learning motivation directly promote the learning behaviors of the students, even to a certain extent determines the quality of student learning. From the point of view of psychology, learning motivation is the most active, the most effective psychological components, inspire, guide in the internal psychological process of action and has always maintained a learning behavior of the students.In this paper, the biological learning motivation investigation and Research on the BL high school through junior high school students, the biological learning motivation to grasp the situation of junior middle school students. After the in-depth study, to effectively complement the effects on learning motivation for the current domestic junior high school students in terms of theory, but also for the combination of learning motivation to study classroom management to make some exploration and attempt to enrich the theory and practice, the research. The effectiveness of classroom management, to further promote the students’ learning motivation to improve, provide material for the related theory research to prevent students from learning on the germination of negative emotion. At the same time through some junior secondary schools on BL research for students, especially the investigation and Analysis on its biology learning motivation. Use the literature study, questionnaire, interview, case study method, and strive to learn from multiple angles, multiple aspects of in-depth exploration of BL middle school students, the investigation on students’ learning motivation research, to explore the reasons of junior high school students’ learning motivation drops, and explore a set of effective classroom management efficiency can improve the management method in the in this case, and by this method, further correcting students’ learning motivation.In this paper, combined with the existing junior high school students’ learning motivation and the biology classroom teaching management present situation and the existence question, and proposed some advice and measures, including guiding junior high school biology learning motivation to senior need development, attention to the whole body of the three-dimensional goals, create a democratic and cooperative classroom teaching in the classroom by low-level, carry out active cooperation discussion on time, teachers and students assessment, students actively construct knowledge structure, the use of incentives to attract students to participate in the classroom as well as the design of classroom activities, stimulate students’ learning motivation, so as to better according to the students’ learning motivation and enhance biological classroom teaching and management efficiency.
