Modern education reform advocates the development of students as the basis,comprehensively improving students' scientific literacy.This means that students should pay more attention to the cultivation of students' emotions and learning motivation in biology teaching.Among the many factors affecting the teaching process and the learning process,motivation occupies a core position,which determines the learning purpose,learning process,learning outcomes and affects the development of students' emotions,attitudes and values.Therefore,it is imperative to study from the angle of learning motivation in order to improve learning efficiency and learning effect.Based on the relevant theories,this study investigates the current situation of high school biology learning motivation,finds out the existing problems,puts forward effective strategies and methods for specific problems,applies the proposed training strategies to teaching cases,and preliminarily tests the implementation effect of the proposed training strategies.The purpose of this paper is to deepen the idea of the new curriculum reform,to guide the teaching of teachers and to enhance students' core literacy of biology.This research adopts several methods,including literature research method,investigation research method,statistical analysis method,experimental research method,case study method and so on.Firstly,the paper briefly introduces the problem.Then,it elaborates the theoretical basis of learning motivation.On the basis of theoretical research,some students and teachers from two high schools in Qufu were selected to carry out questionnaires and interviews,and the data and interview results were analyzed,it is found that the overall level of senior high school biology learning motivation is generally,and the main problems are as follows: students are lack of interest in biological learning,lack of internal motivation;students are weak in willpower,and do not master the methods of internalizing external motivation;biology is not clear in its vital nature,and the purpose education needs to be strengthened;students are susceptible to external factors,and the learning environment needs to be improved;students are lack of self-confidenceand attribution ability needs to be cultivated.Next,according to the current situation investigation result and the correlation theory,proposed the cultivation strategy: paying more attention to biology,stimulating internal motivation;using rewards and punishments appropriately,guiding internal external motivation;clarifying learning biological objectives,strengthening purpose education;paying attention to the construction of biological learning environment,creating a good learning atmosphere;guiding students to correctly attribute and improving their expectations of success.This research integrates the motivation factor into the teaching design and carries out the teaching practice.The experimental results show that improving the students' motivation level can promote the learning effect and efficiency to a certain extent,the validity and feasibility of the training strategy were preliminarily verified.Finally,this research makes a comprehensive summary of the research,clarifies the conclusion of this research and the enlightenment of this study on high school biology teaching,and reflects on the shortcomings in this research.
