Vocational education is an important part of our education system and an important way to promote social and economic development, promoting employment and improving people’s livelihood. Qujing City, Yunnan Province is an important industrial and commercial city, Yunnan Province, comprehensive strength ranks second, the rapid economic development of highly qualified skilled personnel requirements significantly, while secondary vocational education is to improve the human resource structure in Qujing, the supply of skilled personnel strong guarantee, but accompanied by the introduction of the rise of "high school", as well as institutions of higher learning enrollment policies, the development of secondary vocational schools has been severely affected, with Qujing municipal government of secondary vocational education is not enough emphasis on other factors, Secondary vocational education so proudly in an embarrassing situation.
