| Current society is a society full of extensive communication. Moderndevelopment requires people to cooperate closely with each other. Modern technologymakes the communication between people more subjective and enables people tocooperate beyond space. To be good at dealing with interpersonal relationship and beproficient in interpersonal communication are the essential qualifications for the talentquality in the new century. For the moment, the university students born after1990sare the main force of the universities and colleges in our country. Their goodinterpersonal relationship and normal communication with others become importantfactors that impact their individual development, and these factors also impact theirstudies, life after graduation as well as self-improvement. Therefore, to correctlyeducate and guide the interpersonal communication of university students born after1990s not only help them to build correct communication sense and improve theircommunication ability, but also lay solid foundation for them to become high-qualityand useful talent in the future.In the context of global economic integration and rapid development of socialeconomy, the social behavior between people becomes more and more important. Thispaper sorts out the theories concerning the interpersonal communication of universitystudents born after1990s, etc. Take the universities in GuiZhou as an example, I havemade a field investigation about the current status of university students’interpersonalcommunication in the newly-built university area of GuiZhou, and analyzed thereasons for problems occurred in university students’ interpersonal communication. Atlast, I proposed some new measures concerning the guidance to the interpersonalcommunication education of university students by referring to Marx and JürgenHabermas’s communication theory and established new angle of view for theinterpersonal communication of university students from the subject of ideologicaland political education. |
