Contemporary College Students Interpersonal Unhealthy Tendencies And Countermeasures

Interpersonal communication is a specific need for the human. The college students have active thoughts, and they hope to be accepted and recognized. Normal interpersonal is the necessary premise to satisfy its psychological demand, realize normal development and the fundamental guarantee of its successful career. The contemporary university students overall status of interpersonal communication is good, but the university students in interpersonal also showed some bad tendency. This bad tendency has attracted wide attention of all social sectors, and the interpersonal communication has been researched by scholars from different angles.This article is researched on the basis of a questionnaire survey which 287 students of Nanjing normal university take part in. Various research methods is used in this paper. This paper discusses the present situation of contemporary college students' interpersonal and existing bad tendency, analysis emphatically the reasons that product these phenomenon, and makes a number of measures to improve interpersonal communication of college students from themselves, family, school and society. The introduction is about the reason to choose this topic, the meaning of this topic and the present researching situation of this topic. Main part is divided into four parts altogether. The first part is the basic overview of interpersonal and interpersonal communication among college students. It's also expounds the function of interpersonal communication and the interpersonal theoretical origin. The second part through the questionnaire, sums up the comprehensive analysis of the contemporary university students overall status of interpersonal communication, defined the meaning of the college students' interpersonal bad tendency. These bad tendencies are interpersonal interaction with self-centered inclination, vague tendency of value judgment, the bad tendency in network communication and the alienated tendency of relationship between teachers and students. The third part analysis the causes of contemporary college students' interpersonal bad tendency. The fourth part is the key in this paper, and mainly puts forward to four measures to improve college students' interpersonal bad tendency. They are improving the students' own quality, constructing harmonious family environment, optimizing educational environment and creating health social environment.
