Teachers’ professional accomplishment refers to the essentialprofessional teaching quality as a professional education worker, and it is thenecessary energy in teachers’ career.Junior high school is a key link in the process of compulsory educationperiod, and Chinese is the basic subjects in basic education. Therefore, juniorhigh school Chinese teachers’ professional quality, which refers to thenecessary Chinese specialized quality of engaging in junior high schoolteaching, plays an important role in students’ all-round development. Thereare advantages of junior middle school Chinese teachers’ professionalresearch. Not only it can make Chinese teaching tasks more clearly, but alsoit can improve the quality of Chinese teacher, so as to improve quality ofjunior high school Chinese teaching.Based on The Chinese Curriculum Standards of Compulsory Education(2011edition) and The Chinese Curriculum and Teaching Theory whichedited by professor Cao Minghai, this study is to clarify professional qualityelements and their specific requirements of junior high school Chineseteachers. There’s been analysis on the present situation of special fieldaccomplishment about Chinese teachers, with junior high school Chineseteachers in Chengyang, Qingdao as investigation object. Combined withexamples, detailed analysis has been done to improve Chinese teachers’professionalism.The first chapter mainly discusses reason and value of the selected topic.The second chapter specifically analyzes The professional status of juniormiddle school Chinese teacher. First of all, it defines the connotation ofprofessional, and conforms junior high school Chinese teacher shouldpossess the professional must be able to adapt to characteristics of juniorhigh school students, follow the curriculum standards, and realize teachingobjectives of the implementation period. Then,it enumerates theconstituent elements and related requirements of junior high school Chineseteachers, from these three aspects—professional literacy knowledgeaccomplishment, professional ability and professional emotionaccomplishment. Lastly, based on the questionnaire data statistics, itanalyzes the present situation of special field accomplishment about juniormiddle school Chinese teachers, with junior high school Chinese teachers inChengyang, Qingdao as investigation object.The third chapter elaborated the professionalism countermeasures ofjunior high school Chinese teachers. Firstly, from the aspects ofstrengthening professional guide, perfecting the professional structure, itexplains that it’s necessary to improve the professional structure, play a roleof experts and strengthen the professional theory test. Secondly, from the aspects of carrying out multi-level training, and striving to trainingeffectiveness, it explains it’s necessary to carry out activities aboutconcentrated training, special training, competitions instead of training.Thirdly, from the aspects of self learning, improving professional quality, itexplains it’s necessary to create atmosphere and stimulate the ego drive,make plans, and cultivate self-discipline, and feedback in time, andstrengthen self-monitoring force. Lastly, from the aspects of stimulatingpersonality education, and cultivating smart teachers, it explains itemphasizes education personality is the booster to develop intelligentteachers; the education personality development is the process ofprofessional promotion for Chinese teachers.The fourth chapter, it clarifies from the perspective of philosophy: forChinese teachers, their professional color is decided by their professionalquality. It further emphasizes that the junior high school Chinese teachers,walking on the road of Chinese teaching, must constantly perfect, enrich andimprove their individual professionalism. In the professional developmentroad, with the constant changing and growing, the ordinary can betransformed into individual character and the difficulties may give birth towisdom in the teachers’ carrier.
