In order to make the beginning Chinese teachers of private junior middle school realize their professional growth better and adapt to the development of education and teaching more quickly,this paper,on the basis of theoretical study and research,combined with narrative research methods,conducts this research.During research,a Chinese language master of education L was selected as the research object,mainly describing the pre-occupation learning experience of L teacher and the growth process after occupation.The focus of this research is to explore the entire growth process of the private Chinese junior middle school teacher L in the context of authenticity and naturalness,using the method of narrative analysis to elaborate some key events in the growth process of L.Relying on the narrative analysis and deconstruction research of these events,the main factors affecting their professional growth are explored.This paper mainly includes four parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly explains why this question should be raised,the significance and purpose of the research,and introduces the literature review and related core concepts.It also discusses the research design in detail.By analyzing the research status of teachers' professional growth,find out the existing problems,and determine the specific research questions based on their own research experience and practical problems,that is,"How do private junior high school teachers of Chinese language achieve professional growth?" And finally determine Research methods for educational narratives.The second part is the narrative of the educational process.It mainly describes the three stages of teacher L's growth.The first stage is the panic and tension under the pressure of teaching achievement,the second stage is that after reflection,I find that it is different from what I imagined,and the third order is to calm down after perseverance.In order to reproduce the original appearance of Teacher L's behavior and life,at the same time,the narrative analysis is carried out,and the meaning deconstruction is carried out based on the narrative,and the potential connotation is explored.The third part is the exploration of Teacher L's enlightenment on teachers' professional growth.Relying on some analysis of the growth process of L teacher during her first term,the internal and external factors that affect the professional growth of the first teachers are explored.And summed up "good professional quality","firm professional belief","adhere to teaching reflection" and other internal factors,as well as "improve laws and regulations","improve the status of teachers","improve the training mechanism" and other external factors in the beginning of the importance of professional growth of teachers.The fourth part is the conclusion.It mainly summarizes this paper and summarizes the shortcomings of this research and the prospects for the future.
