Investigation On The Current Situation Of Health Education In The Day Activity Of Kindergarten And Its Countermeasures

Preschool period is the foundation and the enlightenment period in our life, which plays a very important role and has the effect on development of life. For teachers and parents, it is the ardent hope for children to have a healthy, happy and carefree childhood. Children health education, as one of the five major areas of Chinese current early childhood education, plays a very important role in preschool education. The "guidelines for kindergarten education" explicitly pointed out “the protection of the lives of children and promotion of children’s development should be put in the top of the work”. So the health education of children is very important topic on preschool period not only for our country, but also for the other countries.The study on related theories of preschool health education and Dalian as the basis, and use the methods of literature analysis, structured interview method and observation method to study the kindergarten’s health education present situation investigation. In this study, the health education is divided into six dimensions: Preschool children’s daily health behavior education, preschool children nutrition education, physical growth and education of preschool children, preschool children live in safety education, preschool children’s mental health education and preschool children’s physical health education.Throughout the study is divided into five parts. The results are as follows: kindergarten preschool health education has gotten more attention, and the implementation of the effect was generally good. However, some ways of health education for preschool children are not reasonable. The researcher investigated the situation by the day activity in the kindergarten. Then we have known the real situation, and found the problems in the activity. Next the researcher would try to search out the reasons why the problems exist. Last the researcher will give some suggestions for those problems, which is good to the preschool teachers to carry out preschool health education programs to as a whole.
