The meaning of teachers’ problem behaviors is the inappropriate or undesirable behaviors which effect children’s mental and physical development when preschool teachers and children interact or contact with each other. It includes direct cognitive problems, indirect teachers’ adjustment problems and so on. Preschool teachers problem behaviors in the kindergarten,the above three behavior problems that made by teachers on children are called Teachers’ Problems Behaviors. If there are some teachers’ problem behaviors in kindergarten, it will not only affect the healthy development of young children and bring a series of physical and mental damage to children, but also break the normal order of teaching in the kindergarten and bring a negative effect to the family and society at the same time. In recent years, the continuous child abuse by preschool teachers in the society calls for that the entire education should pay attention to the problems of preschool teachers’ behaviors.There are mainly three purposes of this study. The first one is to appear the real situation of teachers’ problem behaviors through the survey and observation to teachers’ problem behaviors in preschool children’s learning activities. The second one is that discusses the problems that teachers’ problem behaviors exist in behavior problem, acknowledge problem and adjustment problem, and analyses their influence factors. The third one is to put forward relevant suggestions which aim at the situation and existing problems about teachers’ problem behaviors in children’s learning activities. The basic contents of this study exist two aspects: 1. Through the questionnaire survey, observational method and interviewing method, it will know teachers’ problem behaviors in children’s learning activities, which is the situations about teachers’ behavior problems, acknowledge problems and adjustment problems, and analyze the survey results; 2. Through surveying the situation of teachers’ problem behaviors in children’s learning activities, it will analyze the factors of teachers’ problem behaviors producing, and put forward relevant suggestions.Based on the behavior of preschool teachers’ problem behavior, such as formation of a comprehensive understanding,The problem of preschool teachers in this paper was partitioned by three dimensions, which are teachers’ behavior problems, teachers’ cognitive problems and teachers’ adjustment problems. On the basis of classification, this study analyzes the status quo of the problem behaviors existing in the group of preschool teachers in children learning activities. It not only includes rude behaviors, perfunctory behaviors and injustice in behavior problems, conception of teaching, view on children, moral values and professional idea in cognitive problems, but also emotional adaptation and vocational adaptation in adaptation problems and so on. Then based on the status quo of the above problem behaviors, this thesis present causes analyzes problem behaviors from preschool teachers’ behavior problems, cognitive problems, adjustment problems. Finally, based on the research status quo and combined with analysis of the causes, this thesis puts forward four suggestions for improvement,which is to setting up preschool teachers’ modern concept of education, improving the preschool teachers’ professional accomplishment, improving the kindergarten’s management system and improving the preschool teachers’ survival environment.
