The main reason for these problems is due to the entrance, academic competition and the small rise in early examination from the school to the community, from parents of students are forced to turn around all day score, or even directly participate in physical exercise activities must abandon, and lack of exercise caused due.To enable students to really move, it is necessary to solve the student movement of the time, space and conditions; on the other hand, is to address the student movement of power.Sports interest is the driving force behind the students to actively participate in sports activities, is fully mobilize the students’ enthusiasm, initiative, enables students to long-term adherence to exercise the driving force. Primary school pupils according to their sports associations are interested in sports that choose to participate in sports learning, organizational training, students can learn according to their characteristics, choose a unique way of learning methods, under the guidance of teachers, the best combination, promote the development of all aspects of student’s personality and body and heart to the full development, so as to form a student willing to learn, willing to learn, willing to practice physical exercise society organizations.In this study,50 primary schools in Changzhou sports community activities undertaken by the students, PE teachers and parents a random sample of 10 classes for the survey, the status of primary school sports associations and sports associations organized awareness investigation, issued through the field questionnaires and mailed questionnaire survey, and collected data mathematical statistics.The results are as follows:1. Research on Sports AssociationsIn this study, mainly through projects organized school sports associations, time, forms of organization, to carry out the content, participation rates and reward objects and methods in five areas Situation Survey carried out in Changzhou City Elementary School Sport Association. Schools surveyed,100 percent of the schools are undertaking that various forms of content varying sports club activities.2, there is a problem:(1) student participation rate less than 100% full, sports associations timing is short, less the number of activities. (2) to carry out the traditional single types of projects, activities boring. (3) schools, leaders of its importance to the sport of any course not high enough. (4) The instructor school PE teachers are mostly limited guidance levels. (5) the lack of attention and support of parents. (6) The system is imperfect, management osteoporosis. (7) Evaluation and reward single.Cognitive three pairs of sports associationsIn this study, the characteristics of PE teachers through sports associations, function, importance, support and satisfaction in five areas, as well as the enthusiasm of students to participate in sports, the parents of the Sports Club, support, involvement and the extent of the project like five aspects, to investigate and understand their cognitive status of school sports associations. The findings show that PE teachers and parents on school sports associations hold a positive attitude.4 Improvement suggestions:(1) adhere to the "people-oriented", the creation of conditions for participation for each student. (2) strengthen advocacy and planning, school groups to develop overall sports program, sports activities indicate the direction of associations, school sports and moral education to achieve grasping hands. (3) the school according to the actual situation of the university’s sports facilities, the establishment of a number of characteristics of the sports associations, and assigns each community a good instructor. (4) emphasis on community rankings, set up a variety of awards. (5) the full development and utilization of a variety of human and financial resources. (6) establish a "safety first" awareness.
