With the progress of mobile network technology and the development of the idea of educational informatization, learning gradually presents a trend of diversification and idividuation. Microlecture, with clear theme, focuses on a srecific topic and sets voice, picture, video, animation into one, to provide vivid and intuitive learning materials. So, autonomous learning becomes possible to students whenever and wherever. Conbining microlecture and chemical teaching can rich learning manners and inprove learning effects.The article firstly analyses two kinds of theoretical basises of microlecture. That is the Learning Theory of Constructivism and the Theory of Autonomous Learning. And then the article also tease the related theories and the research status of microlecture, intelligent tutoring system, chemical equilibrium and so on through literature review at home and abroad. Based on the theories and the Inquiry Strategy, Situation Strategy and Differentiating Strategy, the article designs and products 18 microvideos related to chemical equilibrium under the relationship between knowledge points. In addition, the microvideos and others, such as test questions, are entried into the intelligent tutoring system as learning materials. In the practical part, the article chooses two parallel classes as the objects of the study, which are non-chemical majors from normal university. They are followed with questionnaires and interviews, in the form of review lessons for about a month. The study includes two parts. Preparing and analying test exercises to check students’mastery of knowledge is the first stage, and students’learning microvideos through the support of the intelligent tutoring system to learn independently is the second stage. Based on this, the article chooses a tipical student to case study to master the cognitive process of the student.The results of the study show that the microvideos learning under the support of the intelligent tutoring system can help students study better and it proves the possibility and feasibility of the intelligent tutoring system. And the microvideo based on intelligent tutoring system can help student obtain new knowledge and review old knowledge better, and realize the dream of autonomous learning.
