Advance organizer strategy is an American educational psychologist Ausubel concept first proposed, it is mainly used to bridge the gap between the minds of students already existing knowledge and new knowledge are going to learn, to promote students’ understanding of new knowledge, maintain and migration. Since the advance organizer strategy put forward the concept of applied research on this strategy in education and teaching abound. However, with regard to this policy in general technology in teaching high school and research is still relatively small. Therefore, the basis of this study on the status quo, will focus on the Advance Organizer Strategy in general technical teaching high school in the application.Many researchers have been through a lot of theoretical and practical study confirms the proper use of advance organizer strategy in the classroom for students with learning certain role, but because of a wide range of advance organizer strategy, presented in the form of more diverse, choosing different strategies for advance organizers students there are different degrees of impact. In this study, the initial test by selecting the two aspects of the same class background, were used as the experimental classes and control classes, and then in the experimental classes to develop appropriate strategies common technical advance organizer teaching two classes then instantly test and delay test, using SPSS Statistic 17.0 last two classes of software to analyze the test results.In this study, the following conclusions:First, advance organizer teaching strategies to promote and maintain the high school students’knowledge acquisition, which confirms Ausubel "advance organizers" teaching strategies in a way to promote meaningful learner learning point of view, the use of GM technology advance organizer strategy for teaching high school provided. Second, the advance organizer teaching strategy can promote different levels of student learning, especially in the lower learning levels of students’learning. However, the effect on maintaining low levels of student learning to maintain the effect is not very satisfactory, this theory and Ausubel’s a little bit different. Again, advance organizer teaching strategies for students affected and there was no significant correlation between gender. Finally, the advance organizer strategy for the general process of high school curriculum in general technology related to the design, concept design of man-machine relationship, and discover content issues on student learning and maintaining a more significant role in promoting.
