The new curriculum standards require that students' interest in chemistry learning should be stimulated in the creation of real problem situations,to transform the students' learning styles,and to train their innovative spirit and practical ability.Guide students to understand and reflect on the concepts and principles of the subject in certain specific ways and methods,and explore ways to apply the knowledge they have learned to solve problems in various practical problem situations.A reasonable "advanced organizer" can help students integrate chemistry learning into real problem situations and connect them with daily life,increase their interest in chemistry learning,and experience the joy of learning;they can start from their own experience and help students clarify the old and the new The connection between knowledge realizes the transfer and application of knowledge.In actual teaching,many teachers feel that the content system of elemental compounds is scattered and the teaching effect is not good;students also feel that this part of knowledge is messy and difficult to master.The advance organizer strategy helps students build knowledge bridges and facilitates students to understand,extract and transfer knowledge.This research applies the advanced organizer strategy to the teaching of "Metals and Compounds" in order to increase students' interest in chemistry learning,deepen students' memory and understanding of knowledge,and promote students' transfer and application of knowledge.First of all,it analyzes the relevant literature of the "advanced organizer strategy",combs and summarizes the classification,psychological function mechanism,design principles and the teaching process of the strategy.Secondly,use the advanced organizer strategy to design the teaching content of "metals and their compounds".Finally,apply the advanced organizer strategy to the teaching practice of "Metals and Compounds",use questionnaires,experiments,and interviews to test their impact on students' interest in chemistry learning,the memory,understanding,and application of knowledge,and Get the advantages and problems of the advanced organizer strategy in actual teaching.Through the research,the application consequence of the advanced organizer method the teaching of "Metals and Compounds" are obtained:(1)Effectively improve the students' interest in chemistry learning.The overall chemistry learning interest of the experimental class students is more remarkable than that of the comparative class,which is impacted in the interest in learning chemistry,the attitude to learning chemistry,and the cognition of chemistry.(2)Effectively deepen students' memory and understanding of knowledge,and promote students' transfer and application of knowledge.Through contrast,it is discovery that the experimental class and the control class have significant differences in the level of knowledge memory,comprehension,and simple application learning,and the experimental class is better than the control class in terms of knowledge memory,understanding,and application.Through interviews and actual teaching,it can be found that the teaching using advanced organizer strategy has the following advantages:(1)enhance students' interest;(2)effectively activate students' cognitive structure;(3)promote students' transfer and application of knowledge.
