As we all know, teaching writing is an important part of language teaching. However, pupil’s compositions generally have the problem of saying nothing for a long time, the reason is the lack of real writing situations. Writing is completed by means of imagining and recalling the template, lacking rich writing materials. For the essay, it is a product derived from the living, so allowing students to integrate into the most real life situations is the most effective way of training writing. Therefore, developing a platform which let students write in real-life situation has important significance for teaching writing.In recent years, with the research on the elementary students’ writing increasing gradually at home and abroad, specialized software for writing are emerging. But so far these writing platforms are based on single B/S mode or C/S mode, and the two models have their advantages and disadvantages. In order to achieve complementary advantages, NVWP system combines the two networks together to complete writing tasks. In this network structure, the center server is an indispensable part, so to design and implement the service platform based on such a hybrid network structure to provide writing service for students.Through investing literature and trying commercial software, author analyses the data of the existing domestic and foreign online writing platform, summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of the original writing platform, and sorts out the basic requirements of writing service platform combined with the characteristics of NVWP system. Based on various defects of the existing online writing system and the basic requirements of mobile writing service platform in hybrid network mode, author puts forward the improved design, and analyzes the overall function of the system, the module features and key technologies. Based on the overall design, author realizes the whole system using SSH2, JQuery, Java and Chinese segmentation technique, and then tests the mobile writing service platform.The key technologies of the system are as follows, author builds development environment of the system based on SSH2 framework technology, and realizes friendly interaction using JQuery technology, and uses the improved timestamp method to realize the concurrency control of this system, and controls the role of users in order to improve the controllability and safety of the system, and assesses students’ composition by composition evaluation standards. Finally, author presents segmentation results in graphical form according to the quantitative indexes, and evaluates students’ composition from horizontal and vertical dimensions. After setting up this writing service system, author tests this system, and summarizes the work and prospects for the future.Overall, author designs and realizes a service platform which can provide services for students to write under the model of mixed network, and improve the efficiency of student writing and teacher’s appraisal, and has certain practical value and research significance.
