Due to the fact that relationship between China and Thailand is getting closer, more and more volunteering Chinese teachers are sent to Thailand; yet most of them lack field experience of teaching, thus unable to fit themselves for the unique school system of Thailand. Classroom management is the guarantee to conduct classroom-based teaching effectively. By searching and consulting existing documents on classroom management, I have observed that existing theory on classroom management of Chinese as Foreign Language is yet to be formed as an integrated system.Based on the teaching practice in Srinagarindar The Princess Mother School, Thailand, this article observes and records problems encountered in classroom discipline and management, and studies causes lead to these problems through questionnaires on high school volunteering Chinese teachers from various districts in Thailand and students from Srinagarindar The Princess Mother School. After analysis on the data collected and interviews with domestic teachers as well as foreign teachers from different countries, i. e, US, UK and Philippines, strategies to solve problems with regard to classroom management were established combined with documentation, and tests were carried out in teaching, which exhibited promising results.With reference to the relevant documentation, interviews and questionnaires, strategies to familiarize with teaching pattern of Thailand in a short term and approach to solve problems observed in classroom are proposed in this article, for instance, to master essential Thai classroom daisies duly, or set practical and reasonable classroom management rules. The proposed strategies with regard to classroom management were tested and improved through one year teaching experience. In view of above, it is my hope to contribute and perfect theory on classroom management of Chinese as a Foreign Language.
