A Study On The Risk Prevention Of Self - Organized Activities Of Open University Students

College student association is not only an important vector for taking part in the campus culture activities, but also an important part of campus culture activities. With the rapid development of college associations, the problems related are arising. The bigger home range, the higher risk. But what are the main influential factors? How to prevent these risks is a big question. This thesis aims to look for the countermeasures of preventing the above risks from the perspective of college management, which is meaningful in the sound development of college association.This thesis mainly adopts literature data, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical analysis.The results show that as for present situation of Suqian College’s student association, the risk sources of organizing associations spontaneously are mainly from the following aspects: association member’s professional skills, health, psychological quality, organizational discipline, knowledge of safety and protection, activity theme, activity aim, the instructors professional skills and marality, person in charge’s professional skills and responsibility, environment, sites, equipment, medical condition and facilities, system establishment and performance, activity organization and division. By arranging all the risks in the process of organizing activities voluntarily, four kinds of risks can be divided, and mutual risks and individual risks can be found. The author suggests preventing and improving these risks from the following four aspects: setting up risk prediction scheme, double mechanism of training and evaluation and perfecting the association union. This thesis gives some useful suggestions according to the present association types, including improving basic facilities, such as enlarge stadium and labs, perfecting and implementing related systems and some related suggestions.
