The subject of violation of everyday life at school is not unfamiliar for people and the paper mainly around "illegal students" unfolded. We usually think that "illegal students" should be punished for their violation.Then the author consider such a question:why violations are prevalent not only in society,but also in the school?The class system is the basic form of the school education.There is almost one or two naughty students,who has been identified as the "bad guys".Parents warn their children not to play together with the "bad guys" and teachers tell them to be a law-abiding student in school.The author could not thinking that why are obedient "unruly students’ and naughty "illegal students" in the school?Which are"illegal students"? Through participant observation and in-depth interviews,the author collects information to reflection on the relationship between the cause of "illegal students" and the institutional school.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter---introduction,mainly elaborates background of the issues raised,research significance,literature interview,definition,research methods and research process.The second chapter mainly discusses that who is"illegal students".The third chapter mainly discusses presence of discipline,which describes daily life of school,feature of education discipline and strategies.The forth chapter mainly discusses revolts of "illegal students" to institutional school.The fifth chapter analyzes the reason behind on illegal students’ behavior.Firstly, the author reflects legitimacy of institutional school through the perspective of power.Secondly,the author criticizes discipline and punishment in the institutional school.Finally,the author analyzes anti-school behavior of "illegal students" from the perspective of culture.The author intends to reflect conflict and compromise in the school through the special group of "illegal students".
