Unit teaching are always the central issues of educational reform in mathematics. Mixed views in unit teaching arise due to different understandings of the mathematics teaching. Unit teaching plays an important role in mathematics teaching. Many educational researchers have conducted a research about it from multi-faceted. In the existing studies, we can see some studies about the connotation, characteristics and teaching process of the unit teaching, but not the unit teaching under the theoretical guidance or the advantages of unit teaching. This thesis conducts a series of studies about unit teaching start from Bloom Taxonomy of Educational Objectives.Important elements of unit teaching are proposed based on the theory Knowledge of Bloom Taxonomy of Educational Objectives and unit teaching. As the same time, we draft a instructional Design of the Pythagorean theorem and gain a comprehensive analysis. The thesis adopts the methods of content analysis and literature analysis.Five chapters are consisted in this thesis. The first chapter introduces the history and present situation of the unit teaching. The thesis puts forward the problems based on the literature research, and expounds the meaning of the research. At last, it introduces the research methods and the outline of the research.In the second chapter, it introduces the original and revised edition of Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives, compares the links and differences between the two. Secondly, it analyzes the meaning and the advantages of unit teaching. Finally, it proposes the important elements of unit teaching based on the theory Knowledge of Taxonomy of Educational Objectives.In chapter three, firstly, it introduces the specific guidance on the unit teaching of the process under Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives, including the analysis of target, analysis of teaching activities, and analysis of assessment. Finally, it also includes the determination of consistency of teaching. Whether the target came true or not, whether the teaching activities carried out around the target, as a teacher, we should consider these questions in order to guide mathematics teaching.The content of the chapter four are based on chapter two and chapter three. The paper selects the Pythagorean of Compulsory as the study material. We formulate a instructional design of the Pythagorean and analyze it comprehensively.The chapter five is the prospect and retrospect of the research. Firstly, the paper proposes the innovation. Secondly, we analyze the limitations and the lack of the thesis. Finally, we forecast the bright future of unit teaching under Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives. We hope this study can apply to the teaching practice of various disciplines. |
