Personality is the summation of all kinds of psychological characteristics of the individuals with a certain tendency, is predicated on the social and cultural development, the formation and development of different from others and relatively stable and unique behaviors in the long-term practice. Continuity of personality formation, the late development is inseparable from the early influences. The psychological development of children of the "critical period" is in children period, laid the foundation for the future development of personality cultivation of childhood personality. At the same time, some quality early childhood has may affect development of the individual life. Therefore, the formation of early education is of great significance to the healthy personality.Development training is a new form of education, it is a physical activity guide, take the psychological challenge as the key point, for the purpose of perfecting personality, psychological training, personality training, the management training tool, is a kind of to improve a dynamic and comprehensive quality education mode. From the current domestic research status about expanding training on personality, most remain in the theoretical research level, develop specialized research and training and improvement effects on children’s personality, has yet to see. In this regard, this research aims to expand the training on children’s personality whether have influence; clear to expand those factors which influence the training in the development of children’s personality development training; a clear impact on children of those aspects of personality, at the same time, to understand the difference between gender and age of children whether personality plays the experimental research and preliminary analysis of the certain some other problems.This research mainly uses the literature material law, questionnaire measuring method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, on-the-spot investigation method and so on, to attend the Shaanxi aspect management information Limited summer expand 47 children training camp as the research object, in order to expand the training as the carrier, on children’s sound personality aspects of the influence of the experiment research.The conclusion of this paper is mainly reflected in three aspects:1. Short-term expansion of the training for the Big Five Personality Inventory in the average scores of each dimension has increased and it shows that short-term training on children’s healthy personality has a positive effect, but the effect is not obvious. The effect of training on children’s short-term Big Five personality of neuroticism, openness and conscientiousness has little effect and no significant difference. The average value of the two dimensions of extraversion and agreeableness increased greatly, they have a positive effect on the development of children’s personality and there exist a significant difference between them.2. Short-term expansion of the training has little effect on children’s sex and age, and only extroversion dimension there are significant differences in gender and age, other dimensions are the difference was not significant.3. Short-term expansion of training children to neuroticism overall difference was not significant, but there was a significant difference between the single variable in the dimension of neuroticism. It mainly manifests significant difference in expanding training short-term neuroticism dimension of girls. Expand training for child healthy personality development of openness and agreeableness dimension has a positive influence, and there are significant differences。It mainly reflected in significant differences in boys and children ages 11-14 years old.4. Short-term expansion of the training has a positive effect impact on children’s self-awareness, self-confidence and unity and cooperation, and harmonious interpersonal relationships. It mainly reflected in short-term development training for girl’s self-concept, and the boy 11-14 years old in stages of children’s self-confidence and the unity cooperation, the harmonious interpersonal relationship has a positive effect.
