Since the 20 th century, contaminated water, damage to dye the ecological damage caused by the problems such as mounting, water environment problem is increasingly becoming the environment education is focused on an important social issue. Improve the environmental protection consciousness, establish and improve the values of water environment is considered to be an effective approach. Due to the high school geography curriculum and closely linked to education contents of water environment, therefore, high school geography education bear the hard task of water environment education, through the survey found that the college entrance examination the invisible pressure, water environmental education can be evaded, most schools failed to carry out related education, purpose of education is far from water environment and the situation.In this paper, by analyzing the concept and theoretical basis of water environmental education, combining with the high school geography teaching present situation and problems of water environment, according to the characteristics of high school geography curriculum in high school teaching materials used in the YunNan-version of the teaching in the "ordinary high school curriculum standard textbook" knowledge as the template, in "penetration type" teaching mode combined with water environmental teaching effectively, according to the practice of water environment design method, the principle of practice, study practice inquiry teaching, put forward water environmental problems in environmental education in the teaching of middle school teaching principle and implementation method suggested that fulfill the geographic knowledge of "water" in the high school geography curriculum of "teaching" and "learning". Strive to enable students to learn the good geography courses at the same time, also the water environment in teaching requirement of "knowledge and skills", "process and method", "emotional attitude and values" to two or morethings, so as to improve the protection of water environment consciousness, and the good behavior habit under the influence. In the implementation of the water environment teaching practice activities, in BaoShan city Long Yang district east river river water quality situation investigation as an example, according to the cognitive characteristicsofseniorhighschoolstudents,frompollutionandpollutionsourcesandpollutionmeasuressuchasorganizationalpractice,understandingofwaterenvironmentinpractice,forthehighschoolgeographyeducationtheoryandteachingpracticeofwaterenvironmentprovidesthecasestudyanddesignthinking,soastoachieveenrichedthecontentsofthewaterenvironmentaleducationpractice.
