The purpose of this study to research the current situation of junior high school of Tibetan students peer relations Lhasa as well as the relationship between the two. Adopt the method of sampling survey, draw a medium and Lhasa Ba Zhong two junior high school of Tibetan students,using stratified sampling, according to the natural distribution sampling both men and women. The school recruit students object Tibetan students have and the number of students is more almost covering the whole city,so choose this two schools student representative. Using random,stratified and cluster sampling method, from the first grade to grade the extraction of a class of students(50 to 60 per class) a total of around 330 students as the object of investigation. Using special song MAO et al.Preparation of peer relationship questionnaire. Results on the peer relationship level, conversation ability, treat people and with the opposite sex friends. In classroom teaching, the teacher can through the study of construction consultation, grouped in peer relations, encourage peer instruction strategy, create a harmonious environment of teaching and learning, to increase the chances of communication between teachers and students, live communication, let the student become a mentor to each other, improve the effect of learning together. One is by strengthening students’ ideological and moral quality training to establish a harmonious peer relations, lets the student to set up the correct world outlook, the outlook on life and values. Second, actively create a harmonious campus culture and warm classroom atmosphere, campus culture, as a kind of environmental education force, has a huge impact on the healthy growth of students.
