Collective teaching activities is one of the main organization form of the kindergarten, the collective teaching process is mainly based on the dialogue interaction between the teacher’s questions, the teacher young. Principle is a teaching for teachers to answering questions in the process of teachers of young children’s feedback and evaluation, feedback provides children with knowledge of timeliness and the power, children can use the teacher’s feedback to guide subsequent behavior. Richard answer as an important part of teacher questioning behavior, related to teaching young interactive dialogue and division can be smoothly, and the moving target and the problem of the teaching content can be completed with high quality, have important influence on the quality of the collective teaching activities. Therefore, this research choose teachers in kindergarten collective teaching activities of a behavior as the research subject.This study selected Angle town Dali prefecture binchuan force A kindergarten class(3) as the research object, the collective teaching activities in the behavior of A case study of teachers. Mainly USES the method of observation, interview and case analysis, to the collective teaching activities of teachers a behavior for two months of observation, reduce income data compilation to text, and the data from the teacher’s questions, the young children’s answer, the teacher answer a way of objects, and principle of a type of Angle is analyzed.Based on the data statistics, and use case analysis method combined with the specific teaching cases, restore the real teaching, teachers to the specific teaching situations of a description analysis, from the teachers question types, the types of children’s answer, answer object types, teachers answer way, manage a type five aspects present collective teaching activities of teachers answer behavior of the status quo. Teachers manage to answer the problems mainly include: too much closed questions, questions of quality is not high, a single object types, a single, too careful with praise appreciates the positive answer, ask the quality is not high in six aspects. And respectively from teachers, problems and the analysis of three aspects influence factors of a reasonable. Specific performance for the teacher to manage a cognition and attitude, the ability of teacher’s teaching dialogue, teacher’s ability to control the classroom; Problems of quality, the difficulty of the problem; Class number of infants and young children personality in seven aspects.On the basis of the research and analysis, respectively from the Angle of theory and practice, to improve the collective teaching activities of teachers put forward a concrete feasible Suggestions. The Angle of the theory is mainly combined with behaviorism reinforcement theory, cognitive psychology and learning related theory of metacognition theory, the enlightenment on the teacher’s teaching ideas and concepts; Practical lesson is mainly combined with concrete example, from the principle of a preset before class, the implementation of the answer, in a reflection after summarizing three link should be how to do and need to pay attention to the problem of point of view, to give specific advice.
