Teachers' evaluation of children in teaching activities is an important part of teaching activities.A modern education evaluation's important idea that“the evaluation is not for the proof,but to improve” turns toward the humanities concern the direction to develop more and more.As an important person in children's life,teachers are one of the Teachers' evaluation concept affects their own speech evaluation behavior,and then affects children's physical and mental development in an all-round way.This study which starts with the group teaching activities of kindergarten language studies the teachers' speech evaluation behavior and collects datas by the method of observations and interviews.Analyzing of the present situation of teachers' speech evaluation behavior in language collective teaching from five dimensions which are the object of speech evaluation,the nature of speech evaluation,the content of speech evaluation,the way of speech evaluation and the depth of speech evaluation.Furthermore,it reveals the problems existing in teacher's speech evaluation:insufficient attention of the evaluation object,single affirmative evaluation,unbalanced evaluation content and lack of evaluation depth.It also makes an analysis of the causes of the problems from three aspects,including Language collective teaching activities,teachers and kindergartens.Finally,eight suggestions are put forward from the two aspects of improving teachers' self-evaluation literacy and providing a good external environment: making full preparations before activities,listening to children's answers and observing children's behavior in activities,strengthening reflection and research after activities,diversifying evaluation objects,balancing evaluation content,concretizing evaluation depth,and carrying out various forms of training and research.build a learning community and promote professional growth,reduce the size of the class,improve the teacher-child ratio.
